FLO THE RESTAURANT BEIJING

Beijing's only authentic French brasserie and winner of five consecutive years for “Best French Restaurant in Beijing from 2004-2008” by That's Beijing Magazine. The house specialty is still its sauerkraut and goose liver, which our French Chef contrives to infuse with the legendary lightness on which its reputation rests. The original decor of Brasserie Terminus Lord has been recreated and you can admire the mix of Art Noumea and Art Deco by just visiting Brasserie FLO Beijing. Bronze sculptures created by acclaimed French artist E. Carlie adorn the dining room. The stained-glass windows, hand-crafted brass, wall paintings of Belle Eloquent Era, and a small private 1900s-style dining room at Brasserie FLO Beijing will all reflect the colors and culture of a French still-life or the painted impressions from a Parisian palette. In the great brasserie tradition, diners come early and late to savor other house specials, such as the half-dozen delicate Brittany oysters or the giant seafood platter, the escargot, fish in all its guises – broiled, pan-fried or steamed – and the wicked desserts of our own in-house confectioners.
